My Reasons To Lose

This is my list of reasons to lose weight. These are personal to me though I am sure many of them apply to others. This list is not complete and I will add to it.

  • I’ll be in better health.
  • I’ll be more prepared and confident in new situations.
  • I’ll be able to be “me” and dress accordingly.
  • I won’t be ashamed to meet old friends.
  • I’ll be able to wear all my clothes.
  • The boys will be proud of me as they grow up.
  • I won’t feel so self-conscious.
  • All things being equal, I’ll live longer.
  • I’ll have more energy.
  • I’ll enjoy sexual intimacy more.
  • My husband will be proud of me for accomplishing this.
  • I won’t feel out of control.
  • I’ll feel like I’ve accomplished something important.
  • I’ll be confident doing more things.
  • I’ll feel less inhibited.
  • I’ll be able to enjoy more activities.
  • Sleep better
  • Gut Rot relief.
  • Carpal tunnel relief.
  • I’ll breathe better at night.
  • My knees won’t suffer.
